GROUNDWATER USE SURVEY

It’s not too late to submit your Groundwater Use Survey! Landowners like you play an important role in achieving local sustainability.

Your survey response will help us ensure landowners have a fair and equitable opportunity to use available groundwater supply.

Instructions:

  1. Download the excel survey form at the button above.
  2. Open the file and click “Enable Editing” to begin.
  3. Fill in the blank sections by either typing or selecting your answer.
  4. In Section 3, type your unique survey code provided on your direct mail hard copy survey. Complete the APN farm information table. Your APNs will auto-populate in the APN column.
  5. Save your completed survey on your device and email to survey@northforkkings.org.
